- • No lead purchasing or paid lead program is live.

- • Directory listings: available as soon as verified providers are published.
- • Central provider directory connection: pending — no documented API issued yet.
- • Phone/AI routing and outbound calling: pending verification.
- • SMS, accept/decline, confirmed ETA and dispatch: gated until end-to-end tests pass.

Common questions
You can sign in and submit a towing request for administrator review, including your location and private photos. Live dispatch is disabled: no provider is notified and no truck is sent. Sandbox estimates, acceptance and ETA are test-only. Contact listed providers directly for actual service.
