HeavyDutyTowing.ai is the towing and recovery front door of the shared BigTruck network, alongside BigTruckRepair.ai. Provider accounts, verification, listings, billing and matching are operated centrally — a company registers once, not once per site. This site is the public directory and does not hold its own provider accounts, subscriptions or customer records.

A business must consent to a public listing and pass an admin review. Only business fields are public: name, location, declared services, declared equipment, declared coverage and the availability status the provider sets. Verification badges require a completed review. Nothing about a provider — rating, response time or reach — is generated to look better than it is.

• • It does not dispatch a truck, confirm an ETA, or replace 911.
• • It does not guarantee that a listed provider is available right now.
• • It does not sell leads or rank paid placements above qualified emergency providers.
• • It does not publish location pages for places where no provider is listed.

The central provider directory feed, provider portal signup and billing, phone/AI routing, SMS, accept/decline and confirmed ETAs are not live here. Until they are, the site shows those states honestly rather than acting as if they work.
