Emergency

Emergency towing

Requests are not accepted on this site yet

Emergency request submission, provider accept/decline, confirmed ETA and dispatch remain gated until the shared network dispatch system passes end-to-end testing. There is no form here that sends a truck, and no truck is on its way because of anything you do on this page.

What to do right now

  1. 1If there is danger, call 911 first and follow their instructions.
  2. 2Get yourself and anyone else out of live traffic, behind a barrier if possible.
  3. 3Turn on hazards and set triangles only if it is safe to do so.
  4. 4Search the directory for a listed provider near you and contact them directly.
  5. 5Confirm capacity, securement and pricing with that provider before the unit is moved.

Have this ready

  • • Your exact location — mile marker, exit, cross street, or GPS pin
  • • Vehicle type, gross weight, axle configuration and load condition
  • • What happened, and whether the unit is blocking a lane
  • • Whether the trailer can be separated, and any load hazard
  • • A callback number and who is authorized to approve the job
