What this site is

HeavyDutyTowing.ai is a public directory of towing and recovery businesses. It is part of the shared BigTruck network, operated by Truck Marketplace Group LLC alongside BigTruckRepair.ai.

This site does not itself provide towing, recovery, repair, dispatch or emergency services. Services are performed and priced by the provider you choose.

Not an emergency service

Call 911 first for fire, injuries, live traffic lanes, fuel or chemical leaks, hazardous loads, or any immediate danger.

A listing, search result, or call to the HeavyDutyTowing.ai contact line does not mean a truck has been dispatched, has accepted a job, or has been given an ETA. Phone routing, AI answering and dispatch are not enabled until end-to-end testing is complete.

Listings and verification

Listings are published only with the business’s explicit consent and after admin approval. Directory fields shown publicly are limited to business information: name, location, declared services, declared equipment, declared coverage and the availability status the provider sets.

A “Verified” badge means a review of submitted documents was completed. It is not a guarantee of availability, pricing, workmanship, or capacity for a specific vehicle. A “Featured” placement is a paid placement and is labeled as such; it never ranks above qualified, available nearby providers for an emergency.

Personal profiles, uploaded documents, customer records and any private data are not published and are not indexed.

Accuracy of provider information

Services, equipment, capacity and coverage are declared by each provider. Rating, response-time and coverage counts are shown only when they come from real recorded data — never fabricated.

Confirm capacity, securement, pricing and timing directly with the provider before work begins.

Privacy

Search terms and an optional device location are used to return directory results. Location is requested only when you press the location button, and is sent only with that search.

Directory listings contain business information that a provider has approved for publication. Account, billing and operational data live in the shared canonical network system and are scoped to the owning organization.

This site does not sell customer contact data. No customer or provider data is shared with third parties for advertising on this site.

Accounts, plans and payment

Provider accounts, subscriptions and billing are operated by the shared canonical network system, not by this frontend. Annual plans shown here are for transparency only.

No payment can be taken on this site, no live charging is enabled, and no existing subscriber contract is altered by using this site. Paid lead purchasing is not enabled.

Changes

These summaries describe how the site behaves today. Features marked as pending — emergency dispatch, phone routing, provider portal signup and billing — are not live, and this page will change as they are enabled.
