Badges are earned by specific checks

Every application starts Pending/Unverified. An administrator reviews the evidence below; rejected or incomplete applications receive a reason and may resubmit. Approval can expire, require renewal, or be suspended.

1. 1Identity and authority to represent the business
2. 2Business registration and duplicate/fraud review
3. 3Verified account email and Telnyx-verified business mobile phone
4. 4Insurance certificate and licenses required for the declared work
5. 5Physical/base location, service area, hours, and capabilities
6. 6Explicit communication consent and separate SOS opt-in

Approval does not prove round-the-clock availability, response time, coverage, certifications, ratings, or reviews beyond the specific evidence reviewed. SOS remains off until opt-in and a delivered test notification are recorded.
